RETURN/REFUND

There will be no refund exchange only. To exchange an item/goods products must be in their original form/packaging "in a well-padded envelope/box" to prevent damage in transit. The product or products can not be opened, used, or tampered with. D-WINK will only accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Exchange shipping will be at the customer's expense.
